Simone Viuf Christiansen specialises in individual and collective labour law and advises on all matters of labour and employment law, including the preparation of employment agreements, changes to and termination of employment relationships and legal proceedings. Thus, she has obtained a thorough knowledge of the many issues within employment law.
Simone has a well-developed sense of the essentials, and one of her core competencies is to create an overview of complex contexts. She is a strong communicator – both orally and in writing – and she strives always to communicate complex matters in an easily understandable way.
She has vast experience in advising Danish and foreign clients about HR compliance. Also, Simone has considerable experience with advice on senior executives and directors' terms of employment. Simone regularly teaches courses on employment law issues for clients and partners.
