Attorney at law Emma Hertel Theilmann specialises in family and law of succession. She handles divorces and the financial settlements related to divorce, called division of property. Emma advises and litigates in matters of custody, children's residence, cases about access, etc. In addition, Emma draws up marriage contracts, wills and springing powers of attorney.
